Harbor House Maternity Home and Elizabeth Pregnancy Services are non-profit incorporated organizations under the supervision of an independent Board of Directors.

The houseparents are currently the only two paid employees. The rest of the ministry work is done using a roster of over 100 active volunteers. Some can give only a few hours a year; some give 10 or more hours a week. All volunteers have indicated a commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and to giving God all the glory for the work that takes place here.
