From the beginning...

With the longest tenure as a Director, Bill has been a part of Harbor House from the very beginning (Bill gave Harbor House it's name).

Famous for his "groaner" jokes, he also is known for how he recruited Board members just before leaving for an 18-month stint as a missionary to Russia in 1996. He asked Hal Hoover and Dottie Lynn to join the Board, telling them, "Your term will last only a year, and you just need to spend an hour a month max." Hal and Dottie are still serving--and laughing about the short hours.
