Since 1990, Harbor House Maternity Home has been one of only a handful of maternity homes in the United States that houses pregnant teen girls (ages 11-17) exclusively. Licensed by the Ohio Department of Health, Harbor House offers a unique environment designed to help our young clients make an informed decision between parenting and adoption, at the same time addressing behavior issues which often accompany teen pregnancy. Housing for up to six girls, a classroom for on-site schooling, and a medical exam office are all a part of the campus in the former Gibbons Hospital on East Fayette Street in Celina.

The 3,123 square-foot area, used by both Harbor House Maternity Home for housing and EPS for client services, served originally as the maternity wing.
